Firstlyte may collect the following information when you use the app:
- Account information, such as the email address associated with Sign in with Apple or magic-link authentication.
- App content you create, such as your daily focus, reflection status, selected mood, reminder preferences, and atmosphere preferences.
- App activity information, such as app opens, daily setup completion, home views, reflection completion, Day Closed reached, feedback opened, app version, build number, and similar product analytics events.
- A random installation identifier used for launch analytics, including before you create or sign in to an account.
- Feedback you choose to submit through our feedback form.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the app.
- Save your daily ritual, reminders, reflections, and preferences.
- Understand whether the first-day experience is working.
- Improve app reliability, design, and product quality.
- Respond to support requests and feedback.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the app. Examples include Supabase for backend hosting, authentication, database storage, and analytics; Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store distribution; and Google Forms for feedback collection.
Firstlyte may also use configured content, media, or generation providers to help choose atmosphere imagery, quotes, or app suggestions. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to provide the app experience.
Tracking and Advertising
Firstlyte does not use third-party advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Information We Do Not Collect
Firstlyte does not collect:
- Precise location.
- Contacts.
- Photos or videos from your library.
- Camera or microphone recordings.
- Health records or fitness sensor data.
- Financial information.
- Advertising identifiers for tracking.
Data Retention
We keep app data for as long as needed to provide the app, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can contact us to request deletion of information associated with your account.
Your Choices
You can choose not to create an account. Some features may require an account so your data can be saved across sessions. You can also manage local notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Children
Firstlyte is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
