SoundCoaster is operated by Leave No Crumbies LLC. These service terms cover SoundCoaster accounts, sharing and community features. Questions may be sent to support@soundcoaster.com. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
Eligibility
SoundCoaster is intended for people age 13 and older. Do not create an account or use the service if you are younger than 13.
If you are 13–17, ask your parent or legal guardian to review and agree to these terms with you before using SoundCoaster.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and notify us if you believe someone is using it without permission. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with an artist or organization.
Content you share
You retain your rights in content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it through SoundCoaster. Do not post content that infringes another person's intellectual property, exposes private information without permission, threatens or harasses others, or is otherwise unlawful.
When you submit content, you grant Leave No Crumbies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt and display that content only as needed to operate SoundCoaster, provide the sharing you request, and handle safety or legal concerns. We may allow service providers to perform those tasks on our behalf. This permission does not let us use your content in unrelated advertising without separate permission, and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Public content may be viewed by others; anyone with an Unlisted link may access its content. Private content is subject to the product's access controls. Recipients may make their own copies. Removing content ends our permission for ordinary public display, subject to technical removal processing and limited retention needed for backups, security, disputes or legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. Copies independently made by others are outside our control. This permission does not grant rights in music or artwork owned by a third party.
Music and external services
SoundCoaster helps you discover and share music selections. Available previews and external playback destinations depend on the provider, region and track. SoundCoaster does not grant ownership of recordings or permission to download, redistribute or synchronize provider audio with video. External services have their own terms and may require an account or subscription. Availability can change.
Optional support tips
Support tips are optional one-time consumable purchases. They do not unlock features or paid benefits and are not subscriptions. Apple processes payment; use Apple's purchase support for refund requests. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Reports, restrictions and review
Use available in-app reporting and blocking controls or email support@soundcoaster.com with enough information to identify a concern. Do not send passwords or authentication codes. We may restrict content or accounts to address violations, protect users or comply with law. We may act before contacting you when safety or legal reasons require it. You can request review of a moderation decision through the same support address. Where appropriate, repeated violations may result in account termination.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, identify the work, the specific SoundCoaster content and how we can contact you. We may request additional information to evaluate the complaint. This general contact instruction is not a representation that a statutory designated-agent process has been established.
Leaving SoundCoaster
You may stop using the service at any time. Use Settings → Delete account to request account deletion, and Retry account deletion if cleanup is incomplete. Contact support if you cannot access the account. Data handling and limited retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We will identify the effective version of these terms and give notice of material changes through an appropriate service channel before they take effect, except where an immediate change is needed for legal or safety reasons. Questions and review requests go to support@soundcoaster.com.
